 Salient Features

  • "BA" Series pumps are designed with ‘bonded to metal’stator; encased/threaded to pump barrel to suit narrow opening of drums etc.
  • Driven by flange-mounted motors, suitable for vertical operation.
  • Long Coupling rod and pump casing to suit immersion depth.
  • Wide choice of materials to suit corrosive and / or abrasive media.
  • Standard Design incorporates a Mechanical Seal with open box type housing
  • Open pin Joint for clean in place (CIP) where food / edible products are to be handled.

Stator Stator Hardness in 600A & 700A, Black or White both available from a wide range of polymer choice such as Natural, Nitrile, Neoprene, Butyl, EDPM, Silicon, Viton or PTFE, Non-Contaminating Food Grade Stators also available.

Fluids Handled / Applications

Emptying Viscous and Abrasive liquids from drum or vessels e.g. Grease, Varnish, Lubricating Oil, Furnace Oil, Ceramics etc. Used as semi-submersible pumps for pumping liquids that cannot be lifted by pump suction (e.g. from underground pits) such as Heavy Molasses, Waste Oil scum. Variety of fluids like Acids, Drug Formulations, Beer, Chemical solutions, Diesel Oil, Aerated Liquids, Inverted Sugar Syrup, Tomato Paste, Oyster Sauce, Thick chocolate, Condensed Milk, Marmalade, Butter Oil etc.

Salient Features
  • Pump is capable of handling sand laden or brackish or geothermal water with ease.
  • Driven through a series of shafts supported by water lubricated rubber bearings, through drive head installed on ground level.
  • Can be driven by an electric or Solar Powered Motor or Diesel Engine and provides option for changing pumps speed to match bore well yield.
  • Smaller bore diameter reduces drilling costs.
  • Flow rates unaffected by change in lavel of water table.
